Return to Fitness Postpartum
How you return to fitness in this vulnerable season really matters, and being “cleared” to return to physical activities at 6 weeks isn’t good enough. Your body very much still healing and your return to fitness needs to honor that. Learn where to begin in this workshop and how to know you’re doing too much too soon. Whether you’re still pregnant, just had your baby, or less than 1 year postpartum, this workshop is for you!

Fitness During Pregnancy
​Exercise during pregnancy is amazing for both mom and baby, but “doing what you always did” isn’t how you approach working out in this season. But you can (and should) do more than just walking and yoga. Come learn how to make adjustments to your fitness and what exercises you should be including to support your changing body. Workshop will also cover birth prep and how to prepare your body for labor.

Core Foundations
If you’re a woman, this workshop is for you—no matter your season of life! What nobody told you is that your core and pelvic floor play a massive role in how your body performs and impacts everything from low back, hip, and knee pain to leaking and that stubborn mom pooch just to name a few. In this workshop, expect plenty of ‘aha!’ moments and walk away with simple adjustments you can start implementing right away to improve your quality of life.
